More learning and growing

As you can see, I'm fairly open when it comes to talking about things I'd do differently in starting and growing a nonprofit now that I've learned how it all works. I wanted to do a follow-up to my original video - 7 Mistakes I Made Starting a Non Profit - sharing more about lessons I learned as the organization grew over several years. So, that's what this is!
